We only collect data strictly necessary to provide the autofill and subscription synchronization features:

• Account Information: When you sign in via Google OAuth or credentials, we receive your email address, display name, and avatar picture to authenticate your session.
• Autofill Profiles: Form template fields, product attributes, and profile names you voluntarily choose to capture and save from your Meesho Supplier catalog pages.
• Subscription & Billing Data: Order IDs, payment transaction identifiers, plan type, and validity periods. Payment card, UPI VPA, or bank details are securely handled directly by our PCI-DSS certified payment gateway partner (Cashfree Payments) and are never stored on our servers.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To save and synchronize your catalog autofill profiles across sessions.
• To verify and maintain your active subscription access.
• To provide customer support and service updates when requested.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Data is shared exclusively with trusted infrastructure providers required to operate the service:

• Cashfree Payments: PCI-DSS certified gateway to securely process premium subscription payments.
• Google Cloud Identity: For secure user authentication via Google OAuth 2.0.
• Neon PostgreSQL: Encrypted cloud database storage for user profiles and account records.
• Gmail SMTP: For sending one-time verification passcodes (OTP) during registration and critical account security notices.

5. Permissions & Scope

The extension adheres to the Chrome Web Store Minimum Permissions Policy and requests only the permissions strictly necessary:

• storage: To cache user preferences, active session tokens, and local catalog profiles.
• identity: To authenticate users via Google OAuth 2.0.
• sidePanel: To render the extension control panel in Chrome's side panel for a smooth catalog editing experience.
• supplier.meesho.com/*: To detect product listing forms and fill saved attribute values at your explicit direction.

The extension does not inspect, read, intercept, or track any other browsing activity or unrelated websites.

6. Chrome Web Store & Google Limited Use Compliance

Meesho Supplier Autofill's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use user data for surveillance, advertising, credit-worthiness evaluation, or lending.

7. Data Security & Retention

All data transmissions are encrypted using industry-standard TLS 1.3 / SSL. You may request full deletion of your account and saved profiles at any time by contacting our support team.
